SpCrossreactivity
The antibodies used in this kit are specific for IgG3 with no significant reactivity to IgG1-2, or IgA, IgM, or IgE. Mouse IgG3 ELISA kit species crossreactivity was tested with the following animal serum at dilutions of 1:100: Significant cross-reactivity was observed with rat (200%), and hamster (22%) serum. Guinea Pig, Rabbit, Human, Monkey, Goat, and Chicken serum had less than 1% cross-reactivity.
