SpCrossreactivity
This kit is specific to Albumin and does not show any significant reactivity to mouse IgA, IgM, or IgG or other serum proteins. Cross reactivity was tested with the following animal Albumins: Rat (24%) Human and Bovine showed less than 1% reactivity. The following were tested with animal serums at dilutions of 1:20k: Significant crossreactivity was observed with hamster (17.7%) serum albumin. Monkey, guinea pig, goat, rabbit, chicken, sheep, pig, and FBS serum albumin had less than 1% crossreactivity.
